Today felt chaotic in the best “we left the house for most of the day” way.

Tiny wins

• Raspberry told us he had to potty at the restaurant—first time! Big kid moment unlocked.
• Bay Bay was extra sweet and gentle with Alien all day, which made everything smoother.
• Alien is now consistently saying “mama” to me (and, hilariously, to Matt).

One hard thing
Bedtime went sideways when Bay Bay wanted to use conditioner as lotion. We said no… and he had a complete meltdown. Deep breaths, water sip, lights down, try again. We survived.

Cat corner
Tallulah let me pet her today. Tiny progress with our cautious girl—and I’ll take every slow blink like a trophy.

On the stove tonight
Nothing. We ate out; it’s been a stressful week. Zero guilt, full bellies. Back to budget meals tomorrow.
